A WEEK IN
THE BUSH
You’ve been tasked with visiting the community to find out why the project went wrong.
Over 2020–21, Boho worked with Indigenous health research organisation The Lowitja Institute on a series of games looking at research in Indigenous communities.
We developed four games designed for early career researchers who are thinking of working in Indigenous communities. These games help map out some of the important questions and challenges that projects and researchers should ask if they step into this space.
The four games look at research from the first conversation between researchers and the community, through to the lasting impact of a research project and ongoing relationship between researchers and community members.
RESEARCH AND FUNDING PARTNER
In researching and creating this work, Boho worked with staff and consultants from The Lowitja Institute. We’re grateful for the knowledge and expertise shared in this process.
